Social Media Officer, Salary £26,903-£29,893 35 hours per week, London bridge
Use your communication, editorial and project skills to develop our social media channels and take a key role in the building of our new Drupal website
This role requires an experienced social media professional to further develop our online communities. You will have the experience and ideas to take a strategic approach to social media and the personal skills to build strong relationships within the OT community. Within this role you will also work on content development and support search engine optimisation and the use of analytics.
During your first year you will work on a major project to introduce a new website using Drupal content management system. To help deliver this project you will take particular responsibility for the redevelopment of our discussion forums, support the introduction of devolved authoring, and take on additional tasks necessary to the project.

Part-Time Secretary – Home Based – (Northern Ireland) Maternity Cover Post Salary range up to £11,200 pa for 17.5 hours per week
The College is seeking to recruit someone to provide cover on a temporary basis to our Northern Ireland Policy Officer and the Northern Ireland County Board. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person who has excellent experience of working in a secretarial support role. Based from your own home, using technology provided by the College you would be expected to provide a full secretarial service.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator with experience of organising meetings for the Board and Policy Officer. Applicants must have an excellent grasp of grammar and be able to produce high quality and accurate reports and minutes and will need a high level of IT skills; with good experience in using the internet for undertaking research, managing Microsoft outlook, producing information using Excel and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many enquiries with responsibility for collating data and producing information.
As this post is home based, the successful candidate will be expected to have space in their home for an office base. You will also be expected to undertake occasional travel to London and throughout Northern Ireland. A current driving license and access to transport would be desirable.
