Every occupational therapist has a responsibility to maintain and improve practice and deliver high quality services

Occupational therapists should employ a range of quality activities including:

evidence based practice
adherence to national and professional standards and guidelines
risk management
continuing professional development
listening to the views of those who use the service

The College produces specialist resources to inform evidence based practice, business planning and commissioning of services

Specialist resources available to members include briefings, guidance and practice guidelines many of which are available to download free for members or at a discounted rate.
