Complaints
The College fully supports service users’ rights to obtain the best quality service available. It is keen that employers and complainants receive expert independent advice for the resolution of any complaint – especially those which have been unable to be resolved locally.
When local procedures require a second opinion the consultancy service will put you in touch with a suitably experienced occupational therapist who will provide an independent review and assessment of the case.
Costs are agreed prior to the work commencing and a contract is agreed between the organisation and the Consultancy Service.
Effective recruitment
Recruiting staff can be time consuming and costly. Having experts on hand, the consultancy service can:
- Write the job description and person specification
- Provide advice on advertising
- Help with short listing
- Provide an external assessor for the interview panel
Clients can choose all or part of this service, depending on their requirements.
