Regional Groups and Specialist Sections
May hold committee meetings free of charge, where refreshments are free. However, lunch and any additional equipment will be charged at the rates applicable at the date of the meeting
May hold training/study days, conferences, AGM's, etc, which will be charged at the Reduced Rate. All catering and additional equipment for such events will be charged at the rates applicable at the date of the meeting.
Additional equipment hire
Additional equipment may be hired at the following rates up until 30th September 2007. These prices are subject to annual review, and we ask you to bear this in mind when making bookings for meetings that occur after 30th September 2007.

Cancellation
The College requires a minimum of one calendar month’s notice in writing. Failure to provide the required notice will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the room hire charge. Cancellations or ‘no shows’ on the day will be charged in full for all room hire, AV and catering charges.
The College shall not be liable for any loss that hirers or hirer’s contractors may incur owing to the intervention of any authority which prevents or restricts the use of the premises or any part thereof in any matter whatsoever.

Please note that the highlighted room hire rate is the cost at which you will be invoiced for hiring a room during this period. Charges for room hire, additional equipment hire and catering for October 2008 onwards are not currently available.
